Amanda's Story
In 2012, Amanda acquired the rights to the captivating story "Bloodloss" and embarked on its cinematic journey in collaboration with BenderSpink Production Company, renowned for blockbuster hits like "The Hangover" and "We're The Millers." Tragically, during the film's development, Amanda faced the untimely loss of her friend and colleague, JC Spink, in 2017.
Throughout her illustrious career, Amanda's portfolio boasts remarkable productions such as "What They Wanted, What They Got," featuring Alanna Ubach ("Bombshell“ starring Charlize Theron, Nicole Kidman, and Margot Robbie). Noteworthy collaborations include English actor and pop singer Michael Des Barres, renowned for his roles in "Live Aid" and "MacGyver," among others. Her work extends to critically acclaimed and multiple award-winning projects like "Luz: The Flower of Evil" and "Lord of Catan," starring Fran Kranz (Dollhouse, The Cabin In The Woods, Much Ado About Nothing) and Amy Acker (Angel, Alias, Person of Interest). Her latest film, Living UN DONE, is based on the true story of a 21-year-old who was sentenced to 15 years in prison. He struggled with severe PTSD and anxiety as a result of his time in prison, as well as becoming addicted to opiates. The film will be released in 2024.
From 2009 to 2012, Amanda dedicated herself to raising awareness about water infrastructure issues affecting Indigenous communities in the United States, collaborating with a cohort of Native American actors, including Twilight film series alumni. As a social impact ambassador and advisor, she has worked with a variety of influential people, from CEOs to leaders at the United Nations to Nobel Peace Prize recipients.
